Visit by University Students / Engineers from North America

On Tuesday, October 10, 19, Ringkøbing District Heating and Solid Energy had a visit from the USA. This was a delegation of North American universities and North American entrepreneurs from, among others, Swarthmore College, State University of New York, Brandeis University, Smith College and MJ Moran et al. The event was coordinated with DBDH and the Royal Danish Embassy / Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Washington.

Today's program featured a presentation of Solid Energy and Ringkøbing District Heating, followed by a tour of the District Heating installations and concluding with a tour of Solid Energy's heat pump. Carsten Lauridsen ended the tour by answering various questions about our heat pump before visitors jumped on the bus and left for the next stop.

All in all it was a really good morning and the visitors were very interested in how Solid Energy's heat pumps work.
